Are All Lash Lifts or Lash Perms the Same?
These are two questions we get often about our lash lifts and how they work.
First, “Why does it take so much time?” “I’ve seen it done in 20-30 minutes at some salons.” (Our lash lift + tint takes one hour).
In general, quicker-acting lift products contain more harsh, acidic ingredients that can lead to frizzy, kinked eyes.
Our preferred lift system is slightly slower because stronger ingredients were removed. This ensures that there is no over-processing or burning of the eyelashes. This revolutionary system can also be used to brow glue. It does not contain thioglycolic acids – which can cause lashes to look curled or twisted if left on too long.
It is not always possible to see how strong your eyelashes are by simply looking at them. Some lashes, even though they appear thick and shiny, can become very porous quickly. Some lashes can take longer to grow, but for perfect, shiny lashes, we prefer to use a gentle, nourishing treatment.
Our lifts are our favorite – we want them to look perfect every time. The average lift lasts 6-8 weeks so it is worth the extra effort. To ensure that your lashes look super dark, we also recommend leaving the tint on for a bit longer.
Last but not least, do you have to take extra care of your lifted eyelashes?
You can help a little. First, let them dry. Then, for the first 24 hours, avoid touching them. This will allow them to set in their new form without interruption.
As with most beauty treatments (skin care, hair dye, lash extension), the results will last longer if you take care of your home. Aftercare is recommended for your lifted lashes. Serum can also be used as a finishing product for your lash lift.
It can be applied easily as mascara and is rich in proteins, amino acids, and vitamin complex ingredients like keratin.
